The earth is the one common denominator in all the cultural and geographical nuances surrounding her life. Ciara is a Filipino, born and raised in Saudi Arabia alongside Asian Overseas workers. She moved to the Philippines in her adolescent years and is currently moving between her rural north and urban Metro homes. She holds an extensive career as a Producer in the local and regional media and advertising industry while also teaching grounding well-being practices to Filipino Youth in the Wellbeing Boost Program. She also holds space for Flow-Writing, a guided creative journaling workshop intended for releasing inner blockages through words as an anchor. 

As a storyteller, she seeks stories of groundedness and identity as a ‘man of/from the earth’ and a ‘man of/from land and country’. She firmly believes that to care for our homes and bodies is to learn to care compassionately for our corners of the earth and vice versa.
