Flow-Writing is a space where we release inner blockages through creative journaling. We flow with our thoughts and words, our emotions and manifestations. One does not have to be a writer to participate as this space is for anyone who feels to express; may it be your bliss, regrets, desires, a secret, or even a confession. In this safe space, we allow our thoughts to flow and create meaning from our experiences. Our words are our anchor.

To further reimagine the here and now I am sitting with: fears that stem from past woundings, and anxieties that bring out parts of myself that need work. My fears, I witness them as lonely creatures full of yearning. Wondering. Calling for attention at every heavy breathing, every ‘fight or flight’. They are intimate parts of me crawling in between compartments of my psyche. Like wild weeds and vines swallowing an abandoned garden. Ones that finally need pruning and tending to.

These days, caring for my psyche’s garden has felt nothing else but nourishment. Harder work yet a deeper reconnect. My fears are guides that bring me closer to my core. And I continue to work and hope each day to never forget that.
